I am descended from Nellie Cowan and William Baxter thru their son, William Martin Baxter, Sr. and his son, William Martin Baxter, Jr. I have quite a bit of information which I will gladly share on the Cowans and and their ancestors, but have never been able to learn anything about the parents of William Baxter.
