Looking for the following Arters/Arthur in the 1870 US Census records. Unable to locate them anywhere. Mary Margaret "Maime" BAXTER Arthur widow of William Randolph Arters/Arthur. Here is where she is below. I can not locate none of her kids either. 1840 - 1850 - Braxton County, VA 1860 - Sand Run P.O., Webster County, VA. 1870 - age 66 1880 - Fork Lick District, Webster County, WV Deceased in 1885 Children of William & Mary: Mary Margaret, Nathaniel C., George L., Richard, William A.
