His birth name was William Ray or Jay Baxter, born May 7th, 1959. I was born Karen Ranae Baxter...September 17, 1960.. originally from Flint, MI ...We may or may not be related... but your post is alot like all I know. My father..Raymond Newton-Alan Baxter now resides back in AR, where most of his family still is & from what I have heard, It was a really large family also.
