Alma, I met Dr. Baxter on the Baxter List. We exchanged a couple of emails. He said he would mail the picture right back. I am sure , something happen. I just don't know what. I need the information to share with others. The picture is of Abe Baxter and his papa William Noble Baxter of Escatawpa, Fruitdale and Vinegar Ben and Chatom . Washington County, Alabama Abe Baxter was murdered in 1932 in Washington County. Dr. Baxter was either related to Abe Baxter or was interested in the Baxter murder. Mostly we talked about the pictures and how he needed them before he closed his office. Thanks for any help.\ Sandra
Where did all of this take place? Alma
I am looking for a Doctor or Dentist who retired last year and was shutting down his office. He was in a hurry, and I asked him if I sent him the original copy which was clear and with information on the back, would he copy it and please send it right back. He said he would. This has been maybe a year ago. I have a few copies of the pictures but the one I sent him had the information he needed. I have a new email address. If he is reading or if you know of a Doctor/Dentist named Baxter who retired just last year would he please contact . I need the information on the back of the picture. I am sure it has slipped his mind or the new email has thrown him off. Dr. Baxter, please get in touch with me. Thank you. Sandra Grandmother was a Baxter and also my gr gr grandparents were Baxters.
Did you not keep a copy of his postal address where you sent the photo? One hint, make back-up copies of your address book and your bookmarks. It does pay. I do mine about once a week (I've lost my bookmarks in the past). Lois in Auburn, CA
If you mailed the photo to him, have you tried writing to the address you sent the photo to? Even if he's moved, it should be forwarded to him for 2 years. Lois in Auburn, CA

Hi, I have been researching my BAXTER family for a number of years but I've been unable to find the location in the UK 1851 census of my great great grandfather William BAXTER. Can any list member help me, has anyone spotted him in any records that they have searched through? He was: William BAXTER, born 1831, Wednesbury, Staffordshire, UK; christened 30 January 1831, St.Editha Parish Church, Polesworth, Warwickshire married Eliza SHARRAD, 27 September 1853, St. Nicholas Parish Church, Nuneaton, Warwickshire Emma LESTER, 26 December 1881, Attleborough Died 15 September 1894, Attleborough, Warwickshire William was a platelayer (US = Linesman) for the Midland Railway and in plain theory he could have been anywhere in the UK. Regards, Beryl Allcoat Nuneaton, UK
