Does anyone know of the Kuhn surname/family who used to reside in Neustadt am Main? Louis Kuhn immigrated to America and settled in Brooklyn NY with his brother, John. Their father was Anton Kuhn. He was a Game Warden for the Duke of Lowenstein in 1820. Anton's father may have been Georg Anton Kuhn who was also a Game Warden for the Abbey in Neustadt in 1795. Previous to Georg Anton, there is a Johann Joseph Kuhn who might have been Georg's father. Johann was also a Game Warden for the Abbey in 1760. If anyone knows about these Kuhns or the Duke of Lowenstein, I would appreciate hearing from you.
