I am trying to e mail a relative Monica Heinlein of Mainlews she gave her address as _heinlein^4@aol.com_ (mailto:heinlein^4@aol.com) the problem is the ^ does anyone know what that could be on the key board

Hello; If you go to WORD or whatever program you are using to write material on and look at the top of the screen you will see the word 'Insert'. Click on it and then click on 'Symbols' and you will see the little mark you are looking for. This does not work on 'Insert' at the top of your email window. Good luck.
