Hello, I'm looking for a needle in a haystack. The needle is my ggrandparents Ludwig Joseph SCHUTZ and Dorothee SCHWENKE or SCHROCKE I estimate their year of birth to be about 1820 I'm pretty sure they lived on South 1st Street in Brooklyn, NY The only information I have about them comes from my grandparents New York City marriage certificate and a death certificate for their son Ludwick Julius SCHUTZ who died 9 nov 1914 at age 73 in the Borough of Queens. His date of birth is given as 2 January 1841and place of birth as Germany. They don't show up in any census and up to now I haven't been able to find a death certificate for either of them. In fact I'm just guessing that they came from Bavaria. Any help greatly appreciated and I mean GREATLY! Charlie in NC
