John Joseph BRUCK was born 28 Apr 1831 in Mosbach, Baden, Germany and died 25 Aug 1903 in Monroe Co, MI USA. John married Mary Ann (BLAZER) BRUCK. Mary was born 2 Apr 1835 in Koblenz, Germany and died 9 Oct 1900 in Monroe Co, MI. The family moved to Exeter Twp, Monroe Co, MI in June 1867. Mary’s brother, Joseph BLAZER married Sophia (FLUKE) BLAZER. John Joseph BRUCK and Mary (BLAZER) BRUCK had eight children: i) Anthony Joseph BRUCK, who was born 27 Oct 1857 in Mosbach, Baden, Germany and died 3 Aug 1933 in Monroe Co, MI. He was age 12 when he and his family arrived to the US. Anthony married Emma (STEIN) BRUCK on 27 Sept 1887 in Monroe Co, MI. Emma (STEIN) BRUCK was born 23 or 26 Mar 1866 to Joseph STEIN and Mary N (NAECKEL) STEIN, both of Wayne Co, MI/OH and both removed from Prussia/Germany. Emma was born in Springwells (Dearborn) Wayne Co, MI. She moved to a farm in Exeter Twp with her parents at an early age. Emma was about age 12 when her mother passed way and she moved into he home of Mathew BURNS, also in Exeter Twp. Emma died on 13 Jan 1936 in Monroe Co, MI. Emma siblings included: John STEIN and Joseph STEIN, both of Toledo MI/OH; George STEIN, who was listed at age 12 in 1880; Mrs Mary (STEIN) MINKEY/MINLEY of Toledo, and Mrs Mathew (STEIN) SCHNEIDER of Waltz, Monroe Co, MI. A Christian STEIN was born about 30 Mar 1797, became a farmer, married and died of 7 Mar 1879 in Exeter Twp at age 81. Mary N (NAECKEL) STEIN was born to John NAECKEL of Prussia/Germany in about 1836. After the death of her first husband, John STEIN, Mary married Conrad WICKENHEISER on 24 Aug 1875 in Monroe Co. Conrad was listed at age 25 and Mary at age 37. Mary died 3 Apr 1878 at age 39, while giving birth.
