    3. To: List owner David Samuelsen and all other members of the Bavaria List May I please make some friendly suggestions that should make participating in the List a more positive experience for all? This is based upon a recent face to face discussion with others who spend several hours per day on computer research. They were in agreement with one thing. They would NOT join and participate in a list. Why? Because they are convinced that they all eventually are reduced to cyber battles with the members taking pot shots at each other. I hastily assured therm that didn't happen on the Bavaria list. (It doesn't hurt to remind ourselves of how to be nicer.) 1. If you feel very strongly about some aspect of use of a list, try to temper the strength of your convictions with sympathy and patience. A spoon full of honey helps when delivering a reprimand. 2. Remember, that many who are attempting to use lists do not have the same level of experience as you do. 3. Choose mild and calm adjectives to describe people, places and events. (see no.1)
