    3. In regards to Neustadt...my family came from Elmstein, Neustadt Germany or Baden kingdom of France occupied They were Nock or Nook or Nuck also Keysers or Kiser or Kayser Kizer or Keiser. Why all the town place names and what did it mean? This was in 1833.
