Dear list Member, I'm researching the name SICKMÜLLER / SICKMILLER / SICKMULLER. The early appearance of this name is at the Grabfeld Oberfranken area in the 16th century. The name also appears in the Steigerwald area with dense populations of Sickmüllers at and around the Aurach Valley. In the 17th Century the Sickmüller name appears at Nussloch near Heidelberg. Philipp Sickmüller emigrated around 1835 to Galion / Ohio and it looks like he is father of all American Sickmiller.
