I'm new to this list and am going to do what everyone before me has probably done and post a message with the surnames of the ancestors I am researching and any details I have on these people. If any of these names ring a bell please let me know. Here goes.... Maria KAPPLER born 12 October 1831 in Spessbach, Bavaria. Her parents were Phillip (bn 1811)and Magdalena SCHRETROM (born 1815) She married Ernst Adolph Phillip HAGEDORN from Blomberg, Lippe Hanover. They came to Canada and settled in Waterloo County, Ontario. I haven't been able to locate Spessbach on any map that I own. Can someone help me out with its location? Thanks, Jann in Toronto
