Please do not discuss this on the list. Just report your problems direct to me so I can take the printed-out messages directly to the person responsible for the mess. State what browser you use (Microsoft, Netscape, AOL, etc) and type of computer you use along with the problems you encountered (such as missing information, empty information, error messages, etc.) W.
