Dear Listers, It appears that our Robert Pryor arrived in VA, according to Gatewood Pryor's book, in 1673. Robert could have gone to England to get a wife in 1699, but I doubt it. I do not know that he was from England. Betty Green came to Gloucester, VA, and was probably married in VA not England. But I do not know for sure. Her parents were said to be Robert Green and Mary Pritchett. Maybe that is a clue. Tom
