HI. I am researching the BLANK family, who reported came to USA from Bavaria in the 1850s, and HESS family, who reported came from Baden in 1850s. Appears to be a connection of the families in Germany, so would expect families from around Baden/Bavaria border. Names include Thomas, Barbara (Hess), Nicholas, Mary (married Hess), Magdalena.
