Hi to everyone on the list, I am researching my gr grandfather, PHILIP SCHREIBER/SHRIVER. All I know is that he was born in Bavaria (Pffenhausen??) in 1828. He married CATHERINE BUETTNER/BITTNER who was born in 1828 In Bavaria (Huekelheim??). Philip and Catherine immigrated to America in 1859 and settled in Baltimore, Maryland. What kind of records might be available from this area? Catholic Church? Other? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Barbara
