RUOFF, b. 27 March, 1827, Bavaria, Germany Sophia RUOFF, Germany, who married Charles CLOUSE, Germany They Migrated to the United States and lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sophia and Charles had a daughter Emma CLOUSE who was born in Chattanooga, TN. Emma married James Edwards, also of Chattanooga. Emma had a sister Sophia CLOUSE and a brother Charles CLOUSE.
