Hi All, Am researching my Grandmother Mary (FUCHS) Knauer , born in FRAUENAU Oct 21, 1876. She came to US and married John Knauer and had 6 children, settled in Pittsburgh, Pa. Her parents were Jacob FUCHS, born in 1840 in Hilzenhutten. His wife was Marie GRASSL/Gressl/Gressel, also born in 1840. Also trying to local a Marie GRASSL, living in Pgh in 1905. .. I believe she was a Godparent of my Aunt. .. Jacob father was Johann FUCHS, born 1816. His wife was Katarina PONGRATZ, born in Lohberg, Nov 1818. Any connections out there ??? elaine m
