I am trying to locate Catholic Church records for the town of Pfaffendorf, Bavaria, Germany. My G-Grandfather George JACOB was born there in 1874.He is the son of George JACOB and Margaret RITTWEGER. He came to the United States about 1899. Are the records kept by the parish or in a central archives? I can't find anything in the LDS catalog. I appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.
