Dear PSC, It is one my misfortunes that there were two distinct Sebastian families in KY. Mine was Bavarian and got off the boat (or out of the water) in 1857. The other Sebastian family was English and had been in America at least 100 years before that time. You have located the English Sebastians in Breathitt Co., KY. Thanks for thinking about my problem.
