Gene, saw your info on Fandal and Muller and wondered what other info you have on your Catherine Muller. I have a Katharina Muller, born early 1800's. She married Johann Simon Stuber in the late 1820's. They were from Baden or Bavaria and were the parents of my ggrandfather Philipp Stuber, b. 6/10/1850 in Bavaria. They also were the parents of Jacob and Valentin who were christened in Ebertsheim, Bavaria. Philipp arrived in the US in June 1856. Any connection? Bonnie (Steeber) Frasca
Adam T. HEPP my GG Grandfather (immigrated to Troy, NY) in 1881 with wife Anna Marie (VOELKER) HEPP and five sons (US names of Conrad, Vincent, Charles, John Henry and John). They were from Wuerzburg(sp?), Bavaria in Germany. Adam was born in 1846, Anna in 1848. I do know Adam had a father (my GGG Grandfather) named Adam HEPP but have no additional information and but know his mother's name was Margueritte KHOL (? on spelling on both names as death certificate is very hard to read). Anna Marie VOELKER's father was Nicholas VOELKER but I have no additional information on him and none on his wife. The parents of both Adam T. HEPP and Anna Marie VOELKER are belived to have remained in GERMANY. Looking for advice on how I should look in Wurzburg (over I-net) to get further detail. Note, they were all Catholic. Also, any one having possible connections (i.e. HEPPs still in Germany or US)? Thanks Don Hepp

I am interested in the Kriel family who was born in Konradsreuth, Hof an der Saale, Germany. Is/were the towns, Konradsreuth or Hof part of Bavaria? In which archives may the christening documentation be found? Johan Nichol Kriel was born on ?-05-1847 in Konradsreuth, Hof an der Saale. He and his wife, Anna Hubert, born ?-03-1848 in Konradsreuth emigrated to the U.S. during 1881. A researcher in the U.S. traced the whole family tree back to the date of arrival, 25-03-1881 The early American records tend to show the surname as KRUEL. The ship passenger list ("Marathon") shows the name as Johannes Kruel In the christening documentation it may be spelt as Johannes Nicol Kruel. Any help will be most welcome! Thank you. Helena Garner (nee Kriel) ______________________________

I am looking for any help with regard to the following family. My great great grandfather Leo Theodore Eckert (b2 Feb 1837) married Theresa Weigand (b 15 Feb. 1837) at Sondernau. Town record shows Leo served in the military and was discharged 9 May 1859. They had at least two daughters Anna (b 16 Sep 1865 at Sondernau) and Amilia (b 16 Sep 1875) both at Sondernau. Both sisters came to the US in about 1891. Anna married Stephan Wiedler (b 25 Dec 1863). We believe he was from Frankfurt am Mein. Amilia married Mr. Erznick Thanks to anyone who can help. Steve

My Margaretha Miller/ Mueller came from perhaps a place called Priesendorf Bav. I wrote to the Catholic Church in Priesendorf and they forwarded info to Bamberg Archives because this town is located near Bamberg. No birth for her between 1832-1836. I just found a place (www.jewishgen.org) with the spelling Preisendorf 85659 Bav which is east of Munich. Does anyone have a connection? Thank you.
