OH locale. I have a whole family of Baughmans who lived there for decades, and some of their descendants to the present day: Abraham BAUGHMAN, b. 1812 OH; d. 1876 Licking Co. Married Elizabeth MOSSHOLDER 1841 Knox Co. OH. Ten children, b. 1842-1860: Lewis Cass, Margaret Jane (m. HAINES), Chas Monroe, James Matason, Lafayette Adam (my ancestor), John Calvin, Hannah, Lucy Catherine (m. PIPES), Almeda & David Ross. Surely this group is connected to your Francis Bachman/Baughman family somehow?! Any ideas/thoughts/documentation?
