I'm not sure of who I'm addressing this to, and I know that this is a long shot, but I got a little excited when I read Baughman and Iowa in the same sentence. Are your Baughmans in Iowa in any way related to an Errett? I'm looking for the parents of three Errett girls born in Iowa in the 1880's and returned as orphans to Pennsylvania where they have Baughman ties. I have not come across the nam Errett before....however is its funny, my grandmothers name was Mary Ellen, she was "adopted by Jake and Esther Baughman and raised in Canton Ill.? she was born in the early 1900's tho...
