Hi Cousins, I don't know what's going on with Hotmail ... if it's your individual accounts or it's cyberspace having some sort of glitch with the satellites, but I've been receiving a slew of bounced messages for anyone with Hotmail accounts. The kicked back reason is: reason: 550 Requested action not taken:user account inactive This has been happening for a couple days now. If you have a Hotmail account, please check it and get back to me. Rootsweb will remove you from your subscribed lists (including this one) if the number of your bounced messages reaches a designated limit. With this list it's 16, but with others it could be as low as 4. Thanks everyone. Colleen
