Just to let you all know if I haven't said already. There is no place on the form for a maiden name. I am the one that likes to streach the rules when needed anyway. I intend to add my maiden name to the census by putting maiden name/real name in the place where the last name goes. You know Jones/Smith. Ruth Ann
