I am seeking information on a Lizzie Bauer who came from Russia (area unknown, but likely Bessarabia) in 1886. She was born in 1866 in Russia with parents (names unknown) born in Germany. Family history has her ethnic background varied, including German Russian, French/German, Jewish, gypsy (she may have been all these things). I do not know the names of her siblings with certainty, but some may have been John, Henry and Katherine. In 1867 she was living in the Dakotas and married Jacob Free. She had 11 children including Jacob, Lizzie, Barbaria, Carfina, Lidia, Rose, Adam, Frederica. She died young of unknown causes about 1909. Absolutely nothing else is known of her.
