Went to Victoria, then to Sydney. John remarried Queensland. Martha Ann Bateson - married Norris, arrived 1877 Sydney, went to Queensland. Isabella Bateson - married Edwin Cyrus Jowett, arrived 1877 Sydney - same ship with Martha and her husband. Remained in Sydney.
