George BOSWELL (1811-1855) in Wilkes Co., GA 1 Dec 1831. (Caroline had a sister named Susan BATES who married George BOSWELL's brother, John Walker BOSWELL.) PARENTS: BATES, Anderson (5 Apr 1788 (VA)--8 Oct 1866) m. (?) EVANS. (Anderson BATES is buried in Sumter Co., GA. GRANDPARENTS: BATES, David (--1807) m.
