Does anyone know of Carlton BATES who operated a funeral home in Kirkwood, MO in the 1940's? He married Lydia WYTTENBACH ca 1905 in Ohio (I believe). They had two children: William and Margaret (called Marmie). I found a Marmie BATES in the St. Louis, MO phone book, but it was a man! Lydia was born April 1889 in Laurel County, KY, and the family moved to Henrietta, Lorain Co, Ohio. Lydia was the oldest child in the family and my mother's (Ellen WYTTENBACH) sister, and I would like to find any descendents of hers to see whether there are any family records or photo albums. Lydia and my mother's parents came from Switzerland, and I can't find out the names of their father's (Jacob WYTTENBACH) parents or the town in which he was born. Carole
