Her parents are: Rowland BATES, b: ??, where: Philadelphia?? Annie E. MOSS, b: ??, where: Philadelphia?? I know that Rowland worked for the Penna. Railroad, as a night clerk in the 1880's according to my Great Grandmother's birth certificate. If anyone can help please email me.
