Hello, I am new to the list and am looking for info on Elizabeth "Bouncy" Bates. She would have been born around 1850. Her parents names are unkown but her her siblings names were: Nathan, Johnny, Tommy, Luther, Henry, Janie, Lei, Sally and Molly. She married Noah Smith. It is said that Noah left her to raise the children and tend the farm alone. After which she never remarried. Together Noah and Bouncy had the following children: Lei, Nathan, Janie, Johnny, Luther, Mary, and Queen Luvenia. They raised their children in Laurens Co., Georgia where Bouncy died.
