    2. Boy, I sure cannot blame you for leaving AOL! Their service is sporadic and expensive, their customer service is lousy, their response is slow, and their service representatives can't even speak English, not to mention be logical! In January, after we switched to unlimited service, we found an additional $74 on our bill, calculated for hours used. We called customer service, and we got a complete ignoramus named Ricardo, who was a supervisor, supposedly. He agreed, in broken English, that we were on a program of unlimited usage, but he then, amazingly, told us that the reason we were billed the $74 was because we had "exceeded your unlimited hours"! How's that for stupid, ethnic logic! Many e-mails to AOL never did get us an explanation, or even a personal reply, but we finally got the charge reversed in April, four months later! Steve Case must be really stupid and money-hungry if he cannot rcognize the problems of his company. As for Ricardo, he would obviously not be well-suited for sweeping floors, much less being a supervisor! AOL deserves all of the bad press that it gets. Until it gets rid of people like Ricardo and Steve Case, it will always be on the slippery slope downhill! Congratulations on your decision to leave. You are the brightest among us!
