My gggrandfather was Alexander Bates b. 1846 Georgia. He married Mary Margaret Williams Sept. 9, 1875 in Texas County, MO. I believe his parents were Alexander Bates b. abt 1813 South Carolina and Elizabeth unknown b. abt 1825 Tennessee. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Beth
