John SHAW was born 23 May 1630 in Halifax, Yorkshire, England, died 16 Sep 1704 in Weymouth, Norfolk, Massachusetts, married Alice PHILLIPS n 1655 in Weymouth, Norfolk, Massachusetts. His parents were Abraham SHAW, born 14 Nov 1585 in Northowram, Yorkshire, England; died 2 Nov 1638 in Halifax, Yorkshire, England, and Elizabeth BEST. born 9 Apr 1592 in Ovenden, Yorkshire, England. They married 24 Jun 1616 in Halifax, Yorkshire, England. Patti Bates Alice PHILLIPS was born 1636 in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, England. She died 1 Sep 1672 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts.
