I am researching my Bates line from Louisville, KY. My father was Charles Joseph Bates, b. 12/25/23 in Louisville, KY. He was the son of William Earl Bates and Elizabeth Ellen Horrell. William died in 1928 and Elizabeth sometime after that but before 1935. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
