I am trying to find relatives of my grandfather John William Bates. He was born in Nov 1896 in West Bromwich (Staffordshire) England. His fathers name is the same John William Bates and his mothers name is Florence Wilson. My grandfather and his father and brothers came over to the US in 1912 on the Lusitania. His mother and sister came later. My grandfather had an aunt and uncle by the names of Bert and Marie Wilson. Bert was Florence's brother.
