I am trying to learn more about this family. Jeremy FLANIGAN and Delilah FLANIGAN were twins (@1838/1840, GA-AR) who both moved, after the Civil War, from Georgia to Arkansas. While in GA, Delilah had married a DUNN. They had two children: Amanda and Mary). It is unclear whether Mr. Dunn died in GA or AR. Then she m Frank BATES (@1838/1840, GA-AR), either in GA or AR. By 1870, this Bates family is in the Current River Twp, Randolph Co, AR census report. Delilah and Frank are Steve¹s great-great grandparents.
