On the IGI sheets for Bartons of New York there is an Elijah b. 1710 to Joseph & Rachel Barton and also a Mary born 1718 to them. Does this help? It says that Joseph m. a Mrs. Rachel Barton 1701 and Joseph born to Roger & Mary Barton 1672 Joseph by relative Grover C.
