Sorry, I don't think that my Barton's are from Quebec. I have just started researching them, though, so I really don't know much about them. My great-grandmother was Charlotte May Barton from Crete, Il. I know her father's name - Rufus and her mother - Sallie Dutton. She was born May 13, 1851 in Crete, Il and died in Canton, Ks Jun 23, 1896. I know that she had a brother W. Atkin, and maybe one more brother and two sisters.
