The Rev. Isaac Barton was the son of Joshua Barton (son of Isaac Barton & Sarah VESEY Barton) and Jane DUBART Barton (daughter of Mr. & Mrs. David Dubart. I am a descendant of the Rev. Isaac Barton & Keziah MURPHY Barton. I am also a member of the Barton Family Association which is made of descendants of Isaac & Sarah Barton. A two-volume book (nearly 1,300 pages) was printed in 1988 by the Barton Family Association which compiled the known descendants. I am also a member of the Barton Family Association Historical Preservation Committee. Although there has not been a great effort in updating since the "Barton Book" was printed, efforts are underway to see about updating and compiling/printing a new book - hopefully within the next 5 years.
