His estate was given primarily to his wife with provisions for 2 of his children who had not yet reached their majority. The family bounced back and forth from Warwick to Warren and into Swansea Mass. for almost 100 years. There is a family Cemetary in Barton Corner RI according to Betsey Barton Perra.
