I have a unpublished (I believe) Barton book: The Barton Family Records by Loren C. Barton with some info provided by Mrs. Lydia (Barton) Fisher and Eva Barton. Must have been written in late 1950's as latest dates are 1957. Was typed on old manual typewriter and copyed. Sent to known relatives. My mom had an original copy that was destroyed in a fire, luckily I had made copies. This starts with Alpheus Barton down thru Barton's and Sisson's, and mentions Col William Barton as being a cousin of Alphius (sic). Larry
