Lynn, The brother John lived most of his life the Morristown Tennessee. His wifes name was Cora. The only reason that I know this is letters that he sent to my great grandmother mentioning wife Cora. They were postmarked from Morristown, Tennessee. I don't know of him ever going to Alabama, not to say that he didn't. Have you tried getting his death certificate? Was he born in Tennessee?
