This is as far back as I have gotten on my ancestor: g grandfather George Barton born probably around 1875 in Ky or Oh, married Jesse, possible his 2nd marriage. Grandfather Clifford Alvin Barton b 1898 in Palestine, Oh.d 1958 in Port Huron, Mi. Married Edith Carpenter b 1901 in Covington, Ky, d 12-7-50 in Port Huron, Mi. Children; Cyril Barton, d in W.W.II, William Elston Barton (My dad) b 8/20/26 in Richmond Oh. d 3/18/9 in Melbourne Fl. Marion Barton Hammonds d Cinn. Oh Louise Barton VanDusen still living in Port Huron, Mi Jack Barton, still living in Port Huron Donald Barton, half brother still living in the Cinn. Oh area This is all I have on my Dad's side of the family, my mother is coming to visit in Nov. so maybe I can pick her brain for more info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Craig A. Barton
