William M. BARTON b. 30 may 1827 in Brownville, Jefferson Co., NY. He was the son of Thomas BARTON and Rhoda CALKINS. He married 2 May 1848 to Arvilla M. PUTNEY b. 22 Oct 1826 in Brown Co., NY. Both died in Erie Co., PA. They migrated from NY to Erie Co., PA by 1855. Their children were: William T. b. Jun 1850 in PA md. May THAYER Roy b. 1852-54 in PA Emma J. b. abt 1856 in PA md. J. C.
