I am not sure if this is the place to ask or not. Mo mother recently made contact with someone from Missouri that was researching the same line of Bartons that I am searching. My fathers name is Jesse R Barton, originally from Missouri. his father was Joseph Carl Barton. Jesse had 2 full brothers: James and Joseph Barton. The person my mother talked with has an active website and has researched back to an Edward Barton. I would LOVE to hear from this person, all I know is that this person is in Missouri.
