Yep There is an Austin in the Weymouth VR. The listing is from a "private collection" which may be like a family bible (although other sources in the VR indicated bible records.) Interestingly enough there is an Austin in Belchertown living with a Jason Walker (no other Bartons in the household) in the 1850 census and it says he is 14. Hmmm. However the orignal question of Austin of Rutland MA remains. The census of 1850 has his family living with his wife's parents and calls him age 44 giving a circa 1806 search criteria.
