Linda, Unfortunately, this is one of the many, many William Bartons that doesn't fit for me. Mine was born in Ireland ca 1790 and came to western Pa via Nova Scotia. Three kids born in NS. My g-grandfather Wm A. Barton was born in Beaver Co, Pa and later migrated to the Terre Haute area where he died in 1911. I do however, appreciate the try and I'm sure Steven does too. One of these days we'll make the connection.
