I have just learned that my great great grandmother SHABA LIVERMAN died in Starville, Smith Co., TX. I do not know her death date, but she married REUBEN REID ca. 1927 in Jefferson Co., Alabama, and had her last child about 1847. I was hoping that someone reading this is acquainted with the Starville area, and the cemeteries there, or else, that someone has some Smith Co. cemetery books that could help me find out if there is a SHABA LIVERMAN REID or REUBEN REID buried in or around the Smith Co. area, especially around Starville. Shaba Liverman(Livermore) and Reuben Reid were the parents of my great grandmother, Mary Adline Reid, who married ELLIOTT MONROE BARTON of the Crim's Chapel community in Rusk Co. ,TEXAS. ELLIOTT MONROE BARTON was the son of J.BENJAMIN BARTON who was hanged by horse thieves in mid 1800s in Harrison Co.,Texas, during the Regulator Moderator War.
