By any chance, could the John Barton mentioned here be related to my 9-great grandfather, John Barton? He came from Barton-in-the-Beans, Surry Co., England to Surry Co., Virginia, died there in 1669. Had a son, Thomas Barton, born 1640 in Stafford Co., Virginia. Shirley
